ClamAV failing to start/run on Build 9483

Getting the dreaded "ClamD Checks error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. | error" and after looking through and trying procedures others have used to fix it I still can't get it to run.

Anyone else having problems with ClamAV on recent versions?

Follow up:  I can start ClamAV from a Command Prompt, and it looks like SM can interact with it from what I can see in the Delivery and Spam Check Logs.

From the Command Prompt I get Warning that the Database is older than 7 Days and trying to update it from the SM interface fails.  In the Windows Event Viewer I see this when I try to update from the SM Interface:

Event Name: RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:
P1: clamd.exe
P2: 1.5.1.0
P3: 10.0.17763.2.0.0

I manually updated ClamAV using Freshclam which seemed to download and complete normally, but SM still won't run it internally.

Anyone else having this problem?  I noticed this thread which indicates it could be a corrupt file:


What files might be corrupt?  What is the best way to "repair"?
