SmarterTrack 3.5 Public BETA Released

SmarterTools Inc. is proud to announce the beginning of the SmarterTrack 3.5 Public BETA. Some highlights of SmarterTrack 3.5 include:

• ADDED: WhosOn visitor detection and monitoring with categorization.
• ADDED: Mapping support for Live Chat using Google Maps™ and Virtual Earth™.
• ADDED: Ability to invite site visitors to chat.
• ADDED: Clear Search button added to Advanced Search Pages.
• ADDED: New reports added to support additional chat features.
• ADDED: Push Web Page support for chat that allows web pages to be sent to people chatting and allows agent to know when they are closed.
• CHANGED: SmarterTrack now uses the .NET 3.5 Framework.
• Many more additions, enhancements, and improvements.
